1)The product is mainly comprised of nickel chrome alloy and insulating material , heat fast , high thermal efficiency , long service life .

2)Heating wire winds round alkali-free glass fiber core shelf coil heating ire , main insulation is silicon rubber , good heat resistance , reliable insulativity .

3)Products have excellent softness , can be directly winded around heating device , good contact , heating uniform .

4)Feature : the highest heat insistence temperature of insulation material :250 ℃. Recommend using temperature : <200℃.

Insulation resistance :>50MΩ . dielectric strength : 1500V min .
Power deviation : ±10％ .
